I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."

"Throughout the work on 10/22, Daniel repeatedly encouraged me to call him if I need anything else, and repeatedly asked ?Is there anything else I can do for you today? I called Daniel on Friday 10/24 to schedule finishing the drywall repair started on 10/22. He offered to do it the next day, Saturday 10/25. Daniel asked again, ?Is there anything else I can do for you??. I politely expressed concerns from the original work. We scheduled it, and then he asked for a $75 ?house call? fee, which I refused. I already paid for the work I needed finished. He said, ?okay?? Daniel did not show up. I left a voicemail asking if he was still arriving. I sent him a text. The text was ?read? and never answered. Now I?m left with a crusty smudge on my wall, and excess caulk in my bathtub that I did not ask for. This person started out seemingly kind and ?fair?. He told me to pay what I thought was ?fair?. Then he no-showed on me over his expectation to collect house call fees. "
