"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

This feeling is justified when we hear about friends and neighbors who had bad experiences with contractors and referrals that do not always work out. "I believe everything went great. Initial communications were a bit sketchy but all went well in the end. When is the last time you were quoted a price and after the job was done, the technician said the job went easier than expected and lowered the price...by a third? Plus, Ronnie (I guess he's one of the owners) happened to notice a problem when they were already packed up and ready to leave (it was a window that an "apprentice" (at least someone that had only been with the company a couple of months) had worked on, promptly unpacked everything and redid the window. If you don't absolutely need new windows, I would recommend letting this company at least give an estimate. All my windows are working great and the cost for doing all the windows in the condo was about $3,000 less than the cost of replacing only five windows, my original plan. Recommend them highly!"
