"Overall well, but disappointed in the last day when final payment due. There was a fairly minor thing that was damaged during roof replacement. Mr Ryan Vess did not disagree that they had damaged it. I was told there due it all man was very busy at the time but he would get to it in the next 2 weeks. Ryan shook my hand & guaranteed it would be completed very soon & I turned over the final payment on 10/28/16. After 3 calls made to Ryan over the next 2 months with each time his stating he couldn't believe that it wasn't done yet. I decided that I had relearned a valuable lesson, never make final payment till the job is completed completely. Even when your dealing with otherwise reliable vendors & you even know the owner Mr Bowers personally. The other comment about Art Construction is the work crew was from south of the border, which I had no problem with. The problem was when I had a question or comment, I could not relay it due to language. The actual work crew I will give & A+ to. A Mr TJ Prime was supposed to be the go between myself & the crew. He was never there, I did call him with a concern he came over stood & listened to me for a few minutes between taking phone calls. Advised he would handle it, then left with out speaking to crew. Not impressed with Mr Prime. I would strongly suggest to Art Construction that they have someone at the work site that the owner can speak to on a regular basis when were spending that kind of money! Over all I give Mr Ryan an A, he just needs to follow trough on the final details to the end. I give the actual working crew an A+ they were prompt & hard working."

"My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. Triple Crown was the only contractor we spoke with who took the time to educate us on the different construction methods for installing a metal roof over shingles and why they prefer to use the batten strip method. Once we had that information, we did our own research (thanks Google) and agreed that was the best application to go with. "I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Elite actually sub-contracted it out to an independent contractor and she was very good but did not work for him. Since she was just an individual who was an independent contractor and I could not verify that she had insurance or was bonded I did not use her again. I was a little put out that, although I hired Elite to do the job, the owner sent out an independent contractor. The price was good."

"We love the result. It was not cheap, but we knew that when we signed the contract, and believe the price was fair for the quality received. It also took a long time to install, with a crew of just two people working continuously for about 3 months. We understand why, though. Our roof is quite complicated, so nearly every piece had to individually measured, cut, and fitted by Eddie, the crew leader/foreman. We came to respect him as a skilled craftsman, a hard worker, and a warm person. The other people from Streamline were also very friendly, courteous, and competent. We are glad we took their advice and had the new roof installed over our existing shingle roof, rather than first stripping off the old shingles, when we consider how many times it rained during the installation period. They also installed a 1 inch styrofoam later between the two roofs, which provides an even underlayment, as well as some additional insulation and sound deadening. Their follow-through has also been good. After the roof was done, we had a problem with storm-blown water coming into one of our bathroom vent stacks. They came out quickly and fixed it."

"It was a little rough at first due to weather.  Once the weather situation had improved, they were here every day, Including Saturday and Memorial Day, to get the roof finished.  I could not be happier.  The roof is wonderful and I am so glad I went with metal.  For the record. the roof is no louder when than a regular roof.   My neighbors are asking about my roof.  They are surprised how affordable the roof was and they agree with me when I say it looks great.  The only downside, is that the roof so good I had to pressure wash the house to bring it up to the roof's standards.  If you are thinking about getting a metal roof, use Hickman.  They are the best!!!! <br />"
