G & S did not complete any work for us; however the G & S representative who spoke with us concerning the deck was on time and very courteous. G & S rep referred another person to us regarding some wood rot on the back of the house. This person never contacted us and the deck could not have been built without first fixing the wood rot.. I have been informed that this person has no affiliation with G & S.. For this reason, I have changed my rating. My only suggestion is that someone at G & S should have contacted us within a week or two to follow up.."
