"It was Amazing these guys new exactly what I needed I just told them my idea and before I knew it they had this drawing of the perfect fence and instead of pushing a 16’ gate like I thought I needed, turns out 12’ was just fine and it cost less. Thanks guys I will never forget my experience and would recommend these guys to anyone looking not only for a great price and a great fence , but an unforgettable experience. Keep up the good work."

"
First bid was a little high, but their ad said they price match and I had a better price from competitor. Sales person Justin matched the price, including the old fence tear out. My selection was based on better Angie's List reviews between Vinyl Fence Connection and the competitor. Justin scheduled the post install date about 10 days out. They called day before and installer showed up on time to do posts. Remainder of fence installed 10 days later (delayed 2 days because of rain). Fence looks great, is sturdy, and meets expectations. A few small tree roots got in the way but were handled with no extra charge.

Installer was contracted by Vinyl Fence Connection, not an employee. His name is Clare Lee (suncrestfencing.com). Had one assistant. Clare was very professional and friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after. Used a portable gas-powered post hole digger that he wheeled in through neighbor's yard. Fit nicely through her gate and left no tracks.

Payment was the typical one half before and remaining half when work was completed.

"

"The two-man crew with their 50' cherry picker and wood chipper completed the trimming and chipping in a little over six hours. They did an excellent job of coordinating with me to trim precisely the desired limbs, and they even chipped a few extra branches that I had laying around. At my request, they left much of their wood chips, at no extra cost. My only suggestion would be that they should wear more protective gear (hardhats, ear, and eye protection). The owner provided a free itemized quote before I booked, and the price was less than 2/3 as much as the other vendor quoted me. (Note to customers: book early, because when I booked them in early August they had about a five-week backlog.)"

"They did a great job! The work took about 10 man hours. They hauled all the weeds away and left it all neat and picked up. I would highly recommend them. Jared was great to work with.
"

"The estimator did a tour of the attic, explained the condition of my current insulation, and then measured the rooms below the attic. He then confirmed the square footage and prepared the estimate, including two options for addressing my previously uninsulated garage ceiling. The estimate showed what the total cost would be and what I should expect to receive back in terms of rebate and tax benefits. My out of pocket cost was approximately 45% of the net total, excluding the insulation for the garage which was not eligible for the rebates or tax benefits. I was thrilled. With costs for the garage included, my out of pocket was 54% of the gross total. I was still very happy with this figure.

Once we agreed on the scope of work, he explained the installation process, what products are used, and prepared the documents for installation and rebate submission, and emailed me a receipt for my credit card payment. He scheduled two appointments, one for the next day and one for the day after (just in case either of us had an issue). I received a call later that day confirming a three-hour window for the installers to come the following day.

The installers arrived as scheduled and confirmed a few facts before getting to work. They finished in under an hour and a half (as I was told they would) and cleaned up before they left. The installer who worked in the attic asked if he could go in th house to check a bathroom fan he stepped on during the installation. He wanted to make sure he didn't damage the fan or the drywall that held it in place. (We both checked and everything was fine, but I appreciated him being honest and proactive.) The installers then presented me with the certificate of completion that is needed for the rebates and also a short survey to evaluate their performance.

After making my decison to use SUNROC, I spoke with the inspector who helped me evaluate this home before purchasing it. I didn't know this until we spoke that he also used SUNROC to increase the insulation in his own home and said it was one of the best insulation jobs he had seen in 30 years of inspecting houses. I believe my experience is equal to his and couldn't be happier with the result."

"Built fence along back of property. This project went fine but 6 months later when I contacted them to add side gates to the house I got the run around. Project was too small, wanted an extra $750 just cuz it was a small job. Like they never need to fill an afternoon if another job finishes early? The sales man on the gates was difficult to work with, no imagination, only what he wanted to do not listening to my ideas. He put me off til winter.
"
