The actual appoitment for the ork to be prformed was scheduled by the salesperson the same day. 2 people came in the date of the installation. I barely felt that they were there: very nice, polite, quiet. Worked very fast, in fact finished before the initial estimated completion time. Val and Noam were professional and thoughtful in terms of aesthetic and functionality as it wasn't the easiest install. The cost was easily the highest of all the quotes we got but the quality is the best I've seen so we got what we paid for. They use steel frame/posts under the wood so it is sturdy, durable and attractive (which adds to the cost). I have had a lot of work done to our house and this was one of the most hassle free and home enhancing jobs we've done. We get compliments all the time on how the front of our house looks now. There were a few hiccups but Noam was back within 24 hours to address them. No job goes perfectly but this one was pretty close. <br />"

"I called another company that was highly rated on Angie's List, and Alfonso called me back saying that the company used him when they were too busy. We needed to add some height to our backyard fence to keep our pets in, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I explained this to Alfsonso over the phone and asked if he could come out to do an estimate. He told me that he normally does not do estimates (he is a one-man operation and charges by the hour), but he agreed to come out and give me a rough estimate. He got stuck in traffic on the way to the house, but called to let me know. When he arrived, he looked at our yard, and spoke with us about what he were looking to do. We told him our thoughts, and he gave us his suggestions. When we agreed on the plan, he said he could go to the hardware store right then and price the materials and give me an estimate. He did just that. He came back and showed us photos of the options available and the price of each one. He gave us an estimate for the materials and labor, and he went to work right away. We had a couple of things change along the way, and he kept us informed and stuck to within $10 of his estimate. The work was done well and on time. We will defintely use him again!"
