"The carpet stretching went well all the way from the initial contact, the assessment and estimate appointment, and the actual stretching day. Everything was handled professionally and there were no "surprises". Aguayo was one of the few companies we contacted that would move furniture, and that is the only way carpet stretching can be done right. Basically carpeting in every room on the first floor, including the MB closet, needed stretching. They moved all the furniture from one room to another and then back while they stretched the carpet in different rooms. I thought I'd be following them around with a vacuum cleaner, but they vacuumed up all the areas themselves after stretching was done. It was great. I would highly recommend."

I wanted a specific manufacturer of flooring and although they didn't carry it, they worked with the company to get what we wanted. The installation was done expertly. The floors were not even and the installers took the time to use an epoxy to level them out. The final product looks and feels beautiful. The flooring was high quality and the installation as well. "The first appointment was missed due to miscommunication. I got an email, then a phone call, made an appointment, then the worker never showed up and they said I hadn't confirmed the appointment, even though I talked to the scheduler on the phone and confirmed it! Calling back was sometimes difficult as the answering machine would not pick up, or only after a long time. So I can't give them a great grade for responsiveness or punctuality. Once they did get the worker out to my house, he did the work quickly and efficiently, so no problems there. For the small amount of work needed, I probably could have hired someone for just an hour for less, but everything offered in the deal was provided."
