He’s also very personable saying he was going to pray for me since I’m having heart surgery. Also he showed me pictures of his two fur babies: Sadie and Tucker knowing I loved dogs very much and rescued many from death row to rehome. God bless him always"

"James came and explained what he was going to do. He was very transparent from explaining he had an estimate to go to but he would come right back and stay until the job was finished. James moved all the furniture so he could clean under those areas. He took my old outside rugs and put them where I asked him to. And he put my new ones down. He took the old canopy down and put the new one up. He even took some of the ropes and tied it to the fence so the canopy can’t possible fly away. James fixed one of my plastic benches so the top will now stay on it. James also put another canopy up on my other patio. It’s a portable tent that’s been in my shed for a few years.The back yard looks new and amazing! James was so considerate that he took off his work shoes so he wouldn’t get the new outside rugs dirty. It’s so nice to have a contractor who cares about his work. I’m hoping James will have time to come back as there are many other projects I need him to do. "

I asked the office what was covered for free per the website, and this was the response: ?To clarify, while we do offer free estimates, the $179.00 service fee was disclosed during our initial phone conversation. You had the option to decline the service at that time if you did not agree to the charge. Additionally, had our technician identified any further issues with your system during the visit, a free estimate for that specific repair work would have been provided then.? I must have misunderstood during the original call, but beware that free isn?t free. Also, the tech called at 915, told me he would arrive between 1015 and 1030 and got there around 1115, outside of my 9-11 service window."
