Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Tao and his firm."

He was honest about the floor (that it was probably better as a sub floor) but said if I wanted to refinish it, he would do so. He gave me a great price. But since it was soft wood, a pine floor, and we have a large dogs I decided to wait and replace the floor at a later date when the budget allows. I appreciated his honesty and price.
