He was very responsive, asked really good questions to understand what needed to be done, determined he did not need to replace the entire door frame, and he gave me a fair estimate. We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. 

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again
