"The owner Joe, seal coated our double driveway personally. Joe had completely excavated our previous driveway and replaced it with an expanded new one. He was on time for the date that we had scheduled. He used the highest quality sealer, known as Liquid Gold. Joe was meticulous in the application of the sealer and made sure the job was neat and clean upon completion. The end result was a professional driveway in both function and appearance. Primo Paving Inc. has our highest recommendation."

"Lou was great to work with- friendly, professional, easy-going, and most importantly, responsive. Even with me having some work travel in between when we spoke and when the work was performed and a couple communication hiccups, Lou and Andrew were friendly and professional and committed to moving forward to get the job done. They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what we agreed upon, and finished up early leaving my driveway looking great and cleaned to boot. I would definitely recommend them and plan to hire then again for any future maintenance on our concrete driveway!"

"Jason and co-workers did an excellent job removing and replacing a garage floor that was beyond repair and installing a new concrete surface under a deck. The work was done over three days, as it involved removal of concrete and excess dirt, installation of subsurfaces, installation of wire mesh reinforcement in the garage, and finally pouring of concrete. They also repaired the foundation and shored it up on the downhill side when they discovered that this was necessary, for no additional cost. The work area was cleaned up to the extent possible after the first and second days, and completely after the job was completed. The finished surfaces are beautiful, and I have confidence that they will last for a very long time. I would give Kirby Masonry my highest recommendation."

"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for basement waterproofing projects."

"I highly recommend this contractor. I did not grade his cost because I didn't get competing bids (and therefore have no frame of reference), but I'm very happy with what he did and how he did it, so the value to me was excellent. His estimate was for $1600 and he stuck to that, except for the cost of some gravel after I agreed to get it: he charged me only what the gravel cost him. <br /> <br /> I called Bill and he came down the same day. He gave me an estimate, I accepted, and he did the work the next day. <br /> <br /> First they tore out the asphalt and trucked it away. It was pretty tight and he had to be very careful not to hit the house, garage, and granite wall, all of which form the driveway borders, but Bill did a great job at keeping it safe and avoiding any and quot;oops.and quot; <br /> <br /> Before removing the dirt/sand, he suggested (since the driveway was not flat) I get some stone dust and granite chips (I think it's called crusher run) to prevent runoff when it rained. I agreed, and he had his truck driver pick up a load after dropping off the dirt. After removing the excess dirt, Bill spread the gravel with the backhoe/digger and used his tamping machine to pack it down. He told me he'd take about an hour to pack it down, but he was actually out there for at least two and maybe three hours, just making sure that it was really packed down firmly. <br /> <br /> He did this extra work for free, even though he hadn't included it in the original estimate. The only added charge was for the cost of the gravel material, which was exactly what he'd paid (he gave me the receipt from the supplier). In my opinion, he did much more than he had promised and never asked for a penny more. <br />"

"Dave (unlike two others preceding him) got to the bottom of the "slant" problem and fixed it for good (the diagnosis was not easy-in the end, he rebuilt the foundation). He also came up with very good suggestions on stone products and layout, which we adopted. He and his team were professional, responsive, and did their work very well. We are thrilled that we changed our original idea and put granite as flooring (his suggestion), and are extremely happy with the results."

"Wow ! Dave and his associate (his name is Dave as well) are just awesome ! They are hard working and honest professionals and are also very nice guys. I needed to get the work done (stucco coat on basement walls) and I called a few providers and received quotes. Dave was very busy but he told me that he would find time to accommodate my schedule and would complete the work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />He called me and asked if I wanted to have the work done on the Saturday and I agreed. They showed up on time, were well prepared and started asap. They worked with great attention to detail and were very thorough.  They also suggested to have the dryer vent cleaned of lint and said they would do it if they had time. That was not part of the basement wall job but still they offered to help me. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I couldn't believe how hard they worked ! They started around 8:00 A.M. and continued working till 1:00 A.M. or so on a Saturday night !  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dave had to come back to my house on Monday to pick up some of his stuff. I showed him two areas at the bottom of the walls where it meets the floor. The coating appeared to be a bit rough but I told him that I didn't care about the looks, my question was just about the strength of the coating. He immediately picked up a brick and smoothened the areas to make it look nice even though I didn't even ask him to do it. Then he went ahead and applied caulking to several areas around my basement door even though that was not even part of the job ! He is just very customer friendly, hard working and honest person, and his associate Dave is the same. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I rate Dave and his company very high and would contact them again if I need to get some work done. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

FAQs for concrete driveways & floors installation projects in Milford, NH

Polished concrete floors offer many benefits with very few drawbacks. While issues like discoloration, stains, or imprints may occur during pouring, these are rare when working with a skilled flooring contractor. Once polished, concrete floors are easy to maintain, long-lasting, and eco-friendly. They also resist mold and moisture, making them ideal for allergy-prone households, and offer versatile design options for both indoor and outdoor use.

Polished concrete flooring is often more affordable than tile. It involves lower material costs and less labor-intensive installation. Tile installations require additional leveling and preparation, which increases labor costs. Opting for concrete flooring helps reduce upfront expenses and provides a durable, stylish finish that saves money over time with minimal maintenance.

While epoxy flooring offers enhanced durability and toughness compared to polished concrete, it comes with higher material and labor costs. If budget is a top priority, polished concrete floors provide a resilient and attractive finish without the premium price tag, making them an ideal choice for value and long-term performance.

Polished concrete floors last 20 years or more when installed by licensed professionals and maintained with proper care. Their enduring finish withstands heavy use and remains visually impressive for decades. Regular deep cleaning and maintenance help safeguard the floor’s integrity, providing homeowners with a long-lasting, cost‐effective solution that endures daily wear without compromising style.

Polished concrete floors increase home value by offering a modern, sleek appearance and exceptional durability. A professionally installed floor not only enhances visual appeal but also minimizes maintenance expenses, making the property more attractive to prospective buyers. This flooring upgrade delivers a refined look while boosting overall market competitiveness and long-term property value.
