They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

This included the installation of a substantial concrete pad, Pergola, privacy fence, railings and steps, running of electric for a hot tub, and installation of an outdoor ceiling fan and TV. Mike was fair with his costs and projections, was true to his word, there were no surprises throughout the course of the project; which took 6 months to complete from time of contract signing to finalization. Mike was easy to work with and was flexible when I added to the original agreed upon plan (outdoor ceiling fan and tv installation). They performed all work as promised, which also included an excellent job of clean up and reseeding my backyard. More than anything, the quality of the work performed was exceptional.
