"We consider Jason family now! He helped us buy and sell our last home and buy the home we are in now. I wouldn’t even consider asking anyone else in the future. They are a very professional, helpful and caring team. We highly recommend them!"

"Ms. Ash has been in business for many years. She excels in communication, guidance, and repurposing current furnishings. Her taste is excellent. She has located items that have made a transformation at little cost. I'm proud of my home and our working relationship."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Diana and her assistant Kaitlyn. From our first meeting Diana took the time and listened to what I was looking for and combined some of the things that were important to me while updating our home. She absolutely does have a passion for design. She was involved in all of the shopping and planning every step of the way from beginning to the end. Both she and Kaitlyn were in contact with me and it was a great experience."

"Overall, it went very well. All the staff were very nice, understanding of my mother's concerns, and were willing to do anything they could to help get her belongings put away. The only complaint I had was that it was a rainy day, but they didn't do anything to protect my carpets as they brought the furniture/boxes into my house. Because 2 sofas, a overstuffed chair, and a queen sized bed had to go downstairs, they carried these items around the house and in the back sliding glass doors. The guys got mud on the carpet, but one of the ladies was great about cleaning it up. I just had to wash a small area rug afterward. I received a call from Josette the next day asking how I felt about the move and their service; I gave her my feedback regarding the carpets."

"It went very well! We were schedueld for 9:00 AM and they arrived at about 9:20 . It is possible the start time included when they left their home office. They surveyed what was being moved, from and to where. They helped me remove the door from the refrigerator and carried the refrigerator into the house and then negotiated a 90 turn in a small kitchen to then fo down a 13 step stari way. They put the refrigerator where we wanted it and then helped me reattach the door. They then moved a large TV and pedestal from the basement out to our garage. They were very careful in moving the items and didn't damage them or the home. They were efficient and friendly and really seemed to treat everything very carefully. <br />"

"I have nothing but highest praise for all staff at Eko Movers. I originally was a bit skeptical hiring a Cincinnati-based company for a move from NY to NM but the result was more than convincing that I made the right decision. From the beginning the response was quick, always, and the staff very helpful with questions I had. I submitted a detailed inventory list and we agreed on a pickup on Monday with delivery by the dedicated truck on Saturday. The driver communicated in advance that he will be able to deliver one day ahead of time – a nice surprise! Absolutely nothing was damaged which is truly amazing, considering the distance travelled of approx. 2,100 miles! There also were two items of great concern: a 7-foot tall glass curio cabinet and an original artwork, under glass, approx. 5x4 ft. – Again, no damage, no scratches. Overall, this was a very positive moving experience! Thank you Eko Movers!"

"As a residential real estate agent, I hire Stage-A-Star 20-30 per year to perform Staging Consultations for my clients who are going to put their home on the market. This service is so valuable to a home seller that I pay for it as part of my listing plan. Teresa always shows up on time and has a great way of communicating and prioritizing home staging tasks. Don't list your home with out contacting Stage A Star first."

"Jo and her team are amazing; I believe they are the biggest and the best staging company in the Greater Cincinnati area. If you check out their web site you can see the "before" and "after" pictures of homes they've staged; the difference is amazing! I've been using Design to Market for about a decade. When they stage my listings they almost always sell in less than 30 days. In the past month, Jo has staged these listings of mine: a vacant $315,000 house in Green Twp (it sold in 4 days after being on the market for 6 months, unstaged, with another agent); an occupied $520,000 Mt. Lookout house (it had been on the market for 6 months w/another agent, unstaged, and I sold it in 3 days); a $340,000 house in Mt. Lookout whose owners have lived in the house for 30 years (it sold in a few days with multiple offers); and a $160,000 vacant house in Columbia Tusculum (it had been listed with another agent, unstaged, for 4 months; I sold it in 3 days with multiple offers). I also used Jo when I sold my own Mt. Lookout home several years ago which sold in 2 weeks (in a slow market!). For occupied homes, Jo gives great advice to the homeowners on things to do to maximize the sales price, and then follows-up with a written report. Suggestions may include de-cluttering, changing out faucets or light fixtures, carpet-ceaning, painting---all low/no cost ideas which make a huge difference in appeal. Jo has a warehouse full of very attractive furniture and furnishings and her team of designers go to work on installing the staging items. She also has a professional photographer that does a great job with the photos. I pay Jo $200 to consult with the owner of furnished homes; and the cost of staging a vacant home depends on the size of the house. Since most homes sell within a month or less you only have to pay for leasing the furniture/furnishings for 30 days. Jo and Lisa, her business partner, are upbeat, enthusiastic, and professional and my clients love them! After following Design to Market's advice, it puts money in their pockets!"
