"I was skeptical until I got other bids, and discovered how few companies will clean hoods and vents in residential settings. Frankly, I did not like having to give a credit card ahead of service, so I used a little used credit card that I could easily monitor and cancel. Yeah, I'm a cynic. So, they arrived, a team with a woman as the leader, who supervised the entire operation, from removing the things in the way of the work, to clean up. they were meticulous. Organized. Thoughtful. And all my skepticism was erased. I was delighted with the quality and time required, the attention to all the details, explaining things to me, and showing me the way they worked. They still need to give me the actual photos of the work, tho, so I'm deducting one star from Customer Service. I think after this amount of time, I should have received the photos of their work! But, I'll have them back for less costly service of upkeep."
