They took off my severely damaged synthetic slate roof, repaired all of the rotting plywood, added another layer of plywood on top (I wanted to stiffen my roof because we live less than a mile from a major fault line), removed and reinstalled my 33 solar panels, and were the lowest of four bids. They were incredibly easy to deal with and super responsive to my concerns. They even covered my pool with plastic to keep any demolition of the slate roof from falling into the water. I can&#39;t say enough about the quality of their work!"

On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning.
