To sum up our experience from hell, RCA dropped the ball on our very simple two bathroom (one was just doing the tub and tile), days would go by and no one would show up, we would call and call the project manager and someone would show up one day and the same would happen . I saw on facebook that during the timeline of our project they were posting two emergency projects they completed and asking for more work- I couldnt believe they were trying to get more clients when they couldnt even manage a small job that was supposed to be done in two weeks after 2 months passed- unbelievable. We also were never told that they had emergency projects they were taking on in place of ours so we could arrange another contractor and it is unclear to me why they felt our job was so unimporta"
