"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. "Eamonn is fair, honest and very knowledgeable. I had multiple contractors bid, but I was most comfortable with Eamonn. I had a difficult job that stumped many contractors, but Eamonn had the most simple solution on holding up my attached pergola roof via 2x4 while his team repaired window trim, waterproofed under and outside of siding and replaced siding. He used quality materials to get the job done and his main worker Roberto is a surgeon with cutting wood. Roberto cleaned up everyday on a 5 day job. "We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. "Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last: First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed! "I had an exterior wall of siding that was rotten from the prior owners allowing a vine to grow too close to the house - it was actually fully up into the walls and coming out of the outlets. Armando was quick to respond and was able to get someone out within a few days since I had painters coming. The work was done well, all the rotten wood replaced and new siding put on. Would recommend and use again in the future."
