"This is the 2nd job i've had Blue Sky do.  The first was constructing a roof deck.  They installed the deck, planters, a privacy screen and artificial grass.  They did a great job.  They were always very professional and on time.  If I had an issue, Chris was quick to address it.  On the 2nd job, they renovated a bathroom from top to bottom.  They also fabricated a new mantle in my living room for my fireplace and replaced the tile for it as well and lastly re did the kitchen backsplash.  All the jobs were done fabulously.  We did an initial walk through on what I wanted and they ran with it.  They were quick to ask for answers if they had any questions.  In the end the job was great.  I'd highly recommend them. <br />"

My roof was catastrophically damaged when a tree was laid across the width of the house in wind shear event, collapsing part of the structure beyond simple repair. Because it’s a mid-century modern house with a roof of unique composition, other roofing companies had never seen or worked with the material and either were not willing to undertake the repair or wanted to change the silhouette to accommodate their preferred materials and methods. "I have had a few jobs done by Ryan Renovations in the past & contacted Ryan about my roof. We have had several tiles come off in the past year from severe wind & the roof was 21 years old. I called Ryan on 9/16/13. His roofer came out the next day to evaluate the roof. He felt the garage should be done at the same time as the tiles were starting to curl. I wasn?t sure what style of tiles, what brand, etc & Ryan was very helpful with determining all of this based on my color of brick and past wind problems. We have a Georgian with an addition equal to the size of the original house. Our garage is 2 ½ cars barn style. He quoted us $6900 for the full job including hauling of old materials, lifetime shingles, replacing rotted wood, and 10 year labor warranty. <br /> Ryan scheduled the work and a crew of six gentlemen got to work at 7am. We had very iffy weather that day but the crew was very careful to cover each area with a tarp as they removed the old roofing. Unfortunately, it did rain mid-removal but we were protected & no water came into the house.  So much for a perfectly sunny day!  They also replaced 3 sheets of rotted plywood and told me it was on the house!  A 6 ft ice guard was installed before the roofing tiles. The men never stopped except for lunch. I made burgers & hot dogs for them & they were extremely grateful! They finished around 7pm. <br /> All materials were cleaned up & they made several passes with the nail magnet. We did not find one nail or any pieces of old roofing at all! I also had the men check our gutters and soffits to make sure they were in good condition and they assured me that all was good. I couldn?t be happier with the work, price & attention to detail that Ryan Renovations showed me. <br />"

"I have bought a new new furnace from a firnace company and need it installed. Advanced Air (Bob) came out and spent 1 day and a half installing it. He did beautiful work and would highly recommend him to all. His rates are more then reasonable and if something unforseen came up, I am sure he would work with you on a solution. I have a new funace man, that is for sure. His price was the lowest but his work was true quaility."

"Very professional and prompt. Had some shingles blow off with the 1st storm after roof was put on and Jack's Roofing employee was right here replacing those shingles very promptly. They just hadn't had a chance to "set" yet. There was nothing wrong with the applying of the roof. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone who needs his services."
