My roof was catastrophically damaged when a tree was laid across the width of the house in wind shear event, collapsing part of the structure beyond simple repair. Because it’s a mid-century modern house with a roof of unique composition, other roofing companies had never seen or worked with the material and either were not willing to undertake the repair or wanted to change the silhouette to accommodate their preferred materials and methods. This wasn’t the case with Advanced. They were familiar with both the materials and process needed and assured me that it could be fixed. "I had called Ryan Renovations for an estimate on replacing 3 windows in my 1940s Georgian style home in Chicago, IL. His number was given to me from another customer of his. I was a little apprehensive because of the distance, being in Chicago, but Ryan was actually a little early! He was very professional & well-prepared for our meeting, bringing along samples of his windows, colors, etc. I chose a mid-range window & his price was below what I had gotten from 3 other estimates. My biggest problem was the size of the double-hung windows in the front of the house. The other 3 companies said that the openings were too large for double-hung windows because vinyl sags & they wouldn't hold up to the weight of the glass. Ryan, however, assured me that his window frames were reinforced & perfectly able to handle the weight. I also wanted wood grain on the inside & white on the outside & he said that would not be a problem. Ryan also threw in the aluminum cladding around the windows free of charge. <br /> We signed the contract that night. I also stated that we were interested in him looking at our roof because a tile had blown off during a terrible wind storm.  We weren't sure if we needed to replace or just repair the roof.  He went up on a ladder to check to roof out & very honestly told us that the roof still had a few more years left in it & we only needed the 1 tile replaced.  He said he would send his roofer by when he was in our neighborhood to tack a new tile in free of charge!  He very easily could have told us we needed a new roof & we would not have know any different.  I feel that this is the type person & company I want to deal with.  <br /> It only took about 1 week to get my custom windows made. We scheduled the installation for only 2 days later! His workers were extremely neat & clean, covering the inside as well as the outside. They were all  business & very friendly.  Every bit of old caulk, paint and window was removed.  I didn't have to do any follow-up cleaning.  <br /> Ryan also came by the job while his men were here to make sure all was going well.  He gave us a small thank you gift as well for choosing his company.  I will be calling him when it comes time to replace our roof. <br />"

"I have bought a new new furnace from a firnace company and need it installed. Advanced Air (Bob) came out and spent 1 day and a half installing it. He did beautiful work and would highly recommend him to all. His rates are more then reasonable and if something unforseen came up, I am sure he would work with you on a solution. I have a new funace man, that is for sure. His price was the lowest but his work was true quaility."

A representative visited us at home to provide us with an estimate to have our roof replaced. The pricing was reasonable compared to the other estimates we obtained and research we conducted. The difference was their customer service was better than the other companies and they were also free to complete the job within the time frame that fit our needs. The day of the job, the crew showed up and was extremely polite and professional. They completed the job in less time than what was originally quoted and did a great job all around - from removing the old shingles, to installing replacement wood where required. "Very professional and prompt. Had some shingles blow off with the 1st storm after roof was put on and Jack's Roofing employee was right here replacing those shingles very promptly. They just hadn't had a chance to "set" yet. There was nothing wrong with the applying of the roof. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone who needs his services."
