He responded to texts in a timely way; he was patient while we narrowed in on our options; he provided photos of other work he has done; met with us F2F and made a couple field trips with us to the stone supplier; showed up when he said he would... and he is kind. We appreciated that the work area was very reasonably cleaned up at the end of each day. His sons worked with him and were awesome! The end product was a beautiful colored bluestone walkway & patio with a cobblestone border and a small stone sitting wall, capped with bluestone... Love it!"
