Was able to dismantle the Morso insert in our fireplace with little to no difficulty, and determine that having the 2nd flue cleaned was likely worth the money. And after seeing what came out of the cleaning process, there was no doubt he was right. That said, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole job, given how dirty the work of sweeping a chimney naturally is.
