This included the repairing of part of structure, drywalling, taping, replacing some some suggested paneling, and finishing painting. The project came out beautiful like nothing ever happened. "I have cabinet space under my kitchen sink that holds my trash and recycling containers, along with some cleaning products. The bottom of the pullout cabinet broke, so I hired Matthew Rose Carpentry to rebuild the cabinet portion. He not only rebuilt it, he added two wooden partitions in back of my trash and recycling containers to better hold up my cleaning products, which used to tip over at times when I opened the cabinet. The cabinet now does a 'soft close,' which I never had before. Great job! He also replaced the door threshold to the main entrance of my home. Very nice work. And he's very pleasant and easy to work with. You'll be pleased, both by his demeanor and the quality of his work."

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
