He gave me a tentative date pending weather issues. He stayed in touch and called me with a firm date. He and his crew arrived when he said they would, got right to work. Found the problem right away, tore off the faulty parts, replaced with better materials and gave me a 3 year warranty. He took photos of the before during and after so I could see what they did.
