After about 30 minutes he found the electrical issue with my freezer and had it back up and running with a return visit because the parts had to be ordered. He even provided me with a temporary freezer until the part came in. If I have any issues with any of my refrigerator equipment I will definitely contact colder climate again and recommend him to anyone who has issues with their equipment."
