"My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They were WONDERFUL!  Very precise with tile placement. They cleaned up after themselves each day and worked quickly and efficiently!

We had a problem with the tile.  We didn't realize until they were 3/4 of the way through the job that the tile company gave him the wrong tile.  Dan was very patient and understanding.  They took down the wrong tile and installed the correct tile without a complaint.

My shower is absolutely beautiful!  Now I can't wait for them to do the bathroom floor and the backsplash in my kitchen!!!

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
