"I was told the job would take 4-5 days which would have been okay because it would have been done in time for my move. The work was not completed within that time frame. When I moved in I had no closets for my daughter's and my clothes and shoes. The dust from the drywall sanding was so bad I had to hire a cleaning company to take care of it. I have asthma and I'm quite allergic to dust. I wasn't able to use the main closet for two weeks after I moved into my house, which was inconvenient at best. The other one took even longer. At around 30 days into this I gave Gus a final day to get the closet doors and floor molding installed (which he said could be done in one day). He was supposed to arrive around 9:30am but didn't show up until almost 2:00pm. No surprise that the job was not completed that day. I hired another contractor to finish the work. I just couldn't deal with Gus's attitude any longer. He acted like he was doing me a favor doing the work rather than treating me like a paying customer. If the work had been excellent I might be happier but the flaws are obvious (like corner beading showing through the mud) and the ceiling (where the old closet had been) was so poorly done I am going to have to pay someone to fix it. The whole experience was frustrating and extremely stressfull."

"We live in a duplex that we bought in 2020 that already had a Pioneer Basement Solutions basement waterproofing solution in place. We just recently noticed there was some slight cracking in the concrete patching with some obvious water seepage and mold forming. Drew S. came out and did a great job explaining the work that was done, what would be causing these issues, and what it would take to remedy. Very patient with explaining and answering questions until we understood. While he was here, he took a look at some cracks in the basement wall, took some measurements and gave us his honest assessment. We just had another company come out to assess the wall that was bowing in, and gave us an $13,000 proposal, while Drew said that the movement is negligible, no immediate action is necessary, but to just keep an eye on it. He did the same for both sides of the duplex, and also inspected the exterior areas for possible water drainage issues. Very thorough and took his time to cover all bases. He scheduled with us for a few days later to perform warranty actions, and took care of everything. He was very respectful and ensured he didn't leave any trace/mess behind. He communicated with us everything that he was doing and gave us the rundown of what was completed before he left. Great experience with Drew S. and Pioneer! We are very happy and will be requesting Drew for any appropriate work."

"The workers were very professional and courteous. They arrived even early and were very organized. They protected the flooring and taped around woodwork and doorways. After they completed the painting, they replaced the switch plates and cleaned all the work area. They even vacuumed the carpet where the drop cloths covered. I would highly recommend this company and I will have them perform more work."

"Thomas Edger who is a principal of Patio Enclosures Inc. was our contact. The damage to the old patio enclosure occurred during several huge snow storms experienced in 2009 in this part of the country. Unfortunately, we were in the process of buying the house and the snow storms occurred while we were under contract for the purchase. When we decided to buy the house, one of the main selling points was the enclosed patio overlooking the golf course, so we were devastated when we found out it was damaged beyond repair. Tom Edger was very sympathetic to our plight and made sure the new enclosure was delivered and installed within budget and on time. His service and accessibility before, during and after the new enclosure was installed were way beyond professional courtesy. Our new enclosure is leak free and we love the versatility of having big glass sliding windows as well as screens. (HRN, LLC) began when I observed one of their roofers installing the flashing around a neighbor?s chimney during a roofing installation. It was one of the rare occasions that I had seen it done in a manner that would have been customary when the trades required their workers to be craftsmen. The roofer used techniques that were more labor intensive but certainly created a much better weather seal and substantially reduced the chances that the area around the chimney would ever be a leak problem for the homeowner. <br /> At that time my wife and I needed a roofer to replace the hail-damaged roofing on our garage and residence. As a result, I asked a neighbor about the company and in a matter of minutes I had representatives of the company, owner, Aaron Tango, and Supervisor, Michael Stutzman, at my door. Not only was I impressed with the friendly and courteous demeanor of the two gentlemen, but within minutes I had an estimate in my hands; an estimate that was thousands of dollars less than the estimate we had gotten for the same work from another reputable contractor. <br /> Michael Stutzman became the primary representative with whom we would deal regarding our project. There was never any pressure or attempts to get us to purchase a more expensive product. There was no attempt to scare us into buying a higher priced roofing system in order to receive a factory guarantee. It was like dealing with a good friend who was giving you honest advice based on their knowledge and actual experience. It was very refreshing, and it is my judgment today, that this is exactly what he was doing. We are very thankful that he was there to help us in this regard and consider the entire experience to have been a blessing. <br /> Michael brought to our attention hail damage to other parts of our home that the insurance adjuster had failed to recognize or denied. Once this was pointed out to the insurance company, they agreed with Michael?s evaluation and provided a supplemental check to cover those repairs as well. (It should be noted that the additional hail damage Michael pointed out was of no advantage to him or Tango & Gatti, Inc. (HRN, LLC) because it required work they typically did not do.) <br /> Dealing with Michael, Aaron and all of the craftsmen who worked on our home on their behalf, was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely polite and considerate and the workers demonstrated a work ethic that harkens back to another time. Very impressive! <br /> Perhaps one of the most impressive aspects of this experience came when the roofers encountered a problem dealing with an issue pertaining to the existing roofing system that had not been anticipated. In response to this problem, Aaron Tango and Michael Stutzman came to our home and evaluated the issue and determined that the siding on our dormers would need to be completely replaced to resolve the problem. They had two craftsmen do the work, and the job they did was beautiful. This work was done at no additional cost to us, despite the fact that the work took all new materials and the better part of a day for the two men to complete. The house never looked better. The roof and dormers are beautiful. <br /> We have since had additional work done by Tango & Gatti, Inc. (HRN, LLC) with the same results, and plan to call them for any work we need done in the future. <br /> Great People!
