"Tyler from Greenpoint Roofing has managed all of our roofing contracting needs, along with handling our insurance company as well! He worked with us since the very beginning and has stuck with us until even after the roof was installed. Our insurance company was really digging in their heels not to have to pay for painting our house. However, Tyler stuck with it and continued to provide the insurance adjuster photos and estimates from multiple painting companies, in support of our claim. The insurance company finally paid for house painting due to Tyler's diligence and follow through. We decided to go with Greenpoint because we had received stellar reviews from a neighbor, plus there are all A++ ratings and reviews online. We did our homework: checking out reviews online, researching the type of superior roofing materials Greenpoint uses, and so on. We found that everything Tyler spoke was the truth, whereas other companies we met with were not so honest and transparent. Our roof went on as scheduled, without a hitch and we were able to pass inspection by the local city/county inspector. We had neighbors that chose to go with companies other than Greenpoint and they failed their inspections - wow! We were so pleased that Tyler was diligent and strictly managed our project over a period of about 5 months (us waiting on the insurance company, weather dependencies, inspectors, etc.) We have nothing but great things to say about Greenpoint Roofing and Tyler Urbania, specifically. "Roof from entire structure was removed and new roof was installed. Garage never had vents, so 3 new vents were added to garage and 4 vents added to roof. New gutters were installed as were new down spouts. We had class IV shingles installed."

We had 4 roofs done this summer of 2020 by Roof WorX, 3 houses and one large garage, Barry and Arron were very attentive to details and had experienced crews for different aspects of the roofing. They were on schedule and held to budget. Roof WorX Gutter crew, owned and supervised by Israel, suggested improvements to our gutter locations and the final was perfect. The obvious mess of tearing off roofing was cleaned up and removed from each premises. Barry and Arron have been back for follow ups and to make sure we are happy with all 4 roofs. "I am happy with the roof, but did have several issues that will cause me to get other quotes before going with Premier in the future. I didn't get any quotes from anyone else. Matt Watkins, my rep (invoice #1726533) was very friendly and sold me without doing any other research. He actually ran from a neighbors house on a HOT day, to get up on the roof with my insurance adjuster to point out damage to get me the most he could. He also walked around the house and pointed out damage to other items not roof related! My issues were that the material delivery crew left a LOT of cigarette buds at the end of my driveway and I had to clean them up. The install crew cleaned up nicely and I still haven't found any nails from the removal of the old roof or the install of the new one. I also didn't like that I had asked if I could pay with my credit card and I was told I could. When I got my insurance check I paid my credit card bill with it and then planned on putting the roof back on my credit card. When the bill was due, I was told I could only put 10% on my card. I wasn't ready for that and had to move some money around to pay the roof off. They did get the roof installed quickly. After everything was done and my finances have caught up, I am overall happy with the roof and how it looks. Shane Mickelson"

The project manager/consultant was extremely organized and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of roofing and dealing with the insurance company, so professional and considerate. No nonsense, fixed issues that other roofing companies prior to them had not addressed. Listened to us and gave solutions to concerns long before any work was started. The roofers were excellent as well. They were so methodical in their processes that they had our roof done in 2 days while everyone else in our neighborhood was putting up with 1-3 weeks for replacement roofs. When they removed the damaged roof, they brought piles to the front of the house where the dumpster was and threw everything in there instead of dropping roofing all over the yard and then having to go pick it up and put it in the dumpster, thus saving time and not creating messes. Brilliant! Left NO messes whatsoever in our yard. The finished roof was excellent."
