"My experience with Legacy Roofing was great. My roof was damaged during the tornado and my insurance would hardly ever answer my calls or emails and was suggesting that I only replace 5 tiles. Legacy Roofing contacted my insurance on my behalf and managed to convince them to replace my entire roof instead of just a handful of tiles. "I had 2 people bid the project, and Joe's quote was for significantly less. His crews were very nice to deal with and did a superb job of tear down, trash removal, and replacement. I am chemically sensitive, and the last time I had an asphalt shingle roof replaced, I was ill for 6 months. Joe was very helpful in getting me samples of EcoStar shingles, which have a lot fewer VOCs, to sniff test, and so I could choose a color. He was willing to install this non-standard roof, and to use a specific low VOC ice and water shield. As a result, I was not sick after this replacement. He also organized gutter replacement, which went flawlessly, and replaced 4 skylights. There were some problems with the sky lights, and he called in the dealership to repair the problems, which have now been fixed. I think the measure of a business is in how they deal with the problems that come up. Joe did an excellent job making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction."

I wish I would have had these employees working for me back when I was a builder. Any fool can climb up on a roof and nail down shingles, but this construction crew was prompt to arrive on time, got to work immediately, and stripped and replaced twenty-three squares of shingles in one day while doing an outstanding job, with no flaws or defects that I could find. While the price was not cheap, it was reasonable for the work we contracted and the 50-year warranty on the roof. In my experience, when you hire out a job, there are three factors: cost, quality, and timeliness, and you get to pick which two you want. What we asked and paid for was top-quality materials and workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price, and that is what we received. If you are looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you. If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, top-of-the-line quality, at a reasonable price point, I strongly encourage you to give them a call. I suspect you will not be disappointed."
