"It was fine. It took while to get it scheduled because I wasn't ready to have it done. It involved taking my back door off and I didn't want to do that in January and February. The stuff that I needed to have done didn't take 4 hours. What I was having done wasn't difficult. He showed up on time and he seemed to know what he was doing so I can't ask for more than that. There was no worst part. The best part was he was a nice guy. We had something in common to talk about so we were able to chitchat while he was working. I think it was worth a hundred bucks. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would possibly use them in the future if I needed more the same type of stuff done."

"Dave has a great disposition and very easy to work with. He was very flexible with his time. He made sure that all of our kitchen cabinet doors are properly aligned. We are extremely satisfied with the result and our guests at a recent party commented how nice looking our kitchen is. Great job"

I’m a reliable construction and maintenance professional with hands-on experience in residential repairs and renovations. I currently work as a maintenance technician for a large property, handling everything from small fixes like lighting and fixtures to larger projects such as laminate flooring, sinks, and vanities.\n\nPreviously, I was a project manager overseeing full kitchen and bathroom gut renovations, while also working hands-on from demo to installation. This gave me a strong understanding of doing jobs efficiently and to a high standard.\n\nI take pride in being detail-oriented and delivering quality results that last. I’m also honest and upfront—if something is outside my expertise, I’ll communicate that clearly. With strong customer service skills, I focus on making every job smooth, professional, and stress-free for the customer. \n\nIf you’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality, I’m here to help get the job done right.\n\n

"Was quoted $850 plus materials. There was some rot on the latch side of the door so the wall had to be opened to repair. Art told me the total cost would now be $1250, which I agreed to. Invoice comes and it's $2100. When I asked what caused the dramatic increase, he said things took longer than expected. When I asked why there was no communication to that effect, no real answer. We ultimately agreed on $1600, still $350 more than I was quoted. Beware that labor is charged per man/hour, so if he decides he needs a helper, you will pay double the quoted labor price. The work was good but took 3+ days - should've taken 2 max."
