It's a relief to see an owner on site, in work clothes - beware the ones with shiny shoes, fancy car and a clip board! Not these guys - very professional. While on site, Tony looked around and noted 3 other issues. With no extra cost to me, he put back siding that was loose or had fallen off; repaired the wood rot around an upper window and replaced new aluminum molding to exactly match the adjacent window; and repaired my very leaky sky lite. I'm always impressed when a professional repair person can't leave a job without the premises being perfect even though it wasn't part of the immediate problem... and they come with fully equipped trucks for every job! "Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."
