"The overall work went well. However, there was a defect in the concrete near our front door, in plain site, and very visible, where the concrete was cracked and broken just days after the project was completed and we had paid in full. We called multiple times and never received a return call. We then sent an email which he returned and set up a time for repair. This repeated itself for 3 separate events, with the patch failing every time. The last time we heard from him was 4 months ago when he said " I will be glad to come out and address the issue. I will contact you when I have a date." That was in July! Based on their poor customer service, after being paid $36,000, I would not recommend Cane Creek Concrete to any of my neighbors or anyone else."

"There crew was very hospitable and we were able to cut our price down since we wanted to keep quite a bit of the concrete, use them as planters for defining spaces. They even helped us place many of them in our garden areas. My husband provided them with pizza and drinks as they are very diligent workers and we were able to work with them and enjoy in the fun endeavor. Vincent, Elizabeth and Philipe and there crew conscientious with their timing and bent over backwards to help meet our needs. We were very grateful for all the help they gave and our driveway and walkway look fantastic with our curves. Our neighbors are very happy with our new driveway as well."
