"We met first with Sam who was upfront about what needed to be done and wrote the contract the way we wanted so that there would be no surprises during the installation. Sam provided some additional carpentry work and guaranteed the price even if there was additional work needed. The crew arrived as promised at 8 am on Monday. They were incredible! By nightfall, they had removed both layers of roofing, installed all-new plywood decking, repaired rafters, added roof supports, and completed the project including clean-up. We were impressed with Nick and Donny who supervised the project. Sam kept in touch with us throughout the day. The next day they sent Miguel who vacuumed the attic and did some additional work. So far, I haven't found one nail or scrap on the property, which was well-protected during the project. We interviewed 5 roofing companies and hoped we selected the right one - and we did. They did a quality job and provided an excellent warranty and judging from our experience so far they will respond quickly if there are any problems, which cannot be said for many companies doing this work. The final price was exactly what we signed up for, with no hassles. I highly recommend them."

Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. "They took down my 93-year-old slate roof (a dangerous and dirty job) and replaced it with asphalt in 10 hours. A good sized team with the right equipment. I watched all day and was impressed that no cut corners came into the job. They were very careful to do it right.The team of roofers were under a capable supervisor. They â flexedâ and put a little extra (material or labor) in, when something unexpected was discovered, or a slight customization to make the result better was called for. All the slate that came down was a huge mess of tiles, flakes and dust. They got that too. Iâ m going to use them again."

"From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business!
