The owner Thiago, who oversees the project, was a pleasure to work with -- never used any pressure tactics, was very responsive to any questions, and gave a fair price. The two craftsmen who did the work were amazing! They arrived promptly every day, worked extremely hard, and did absolutely beautiful work. I was very impressed with Ivan’s suggestions as to the job, esp since the product we purchased on our own was not up to par. We went with them to get Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring at another flooring place and it worked out perfectly. He Evan called them twice to see what colors they had in stock so job wasn’t delayed. Job was still done on time despite having to return the initial materials and obtain credit. Ivan recommended we get shoe molding as appears in the pics and he painted them a beautiful grey that we had mixed to match at the store. These moldings set the finished look. We are very impressed. Silvino phoned in several times during the process to his contractors and myself. When install was complete, he came to the house to view everything with his flooring professionals and myself.
