What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! "Corey provided a thorough inspection of our existing roof and then pointed out potential problem area and areas definitely needing fixing. He, then, thoroughly explained the roofing process and the materials to be used. He made sure all of our question were answered before preparing his proposal for the roof and gutter replacement. The day of the roof install, Corey, Dan and his crew arrived before 7:30 AM. It was nonstop work from then until the old roof had been removed, the new roof installed and the area was clean up was completed by 6:30 PM.
