He offered that if I needed a more accurate estimate, I should send him a couple of photos of the work to be done. He was running late because of an accident, and he texted me immediately to tell me that he would be late. I appreciated that. He also wore booties over his shoes in my house. I appreciate that as well. That told me that he cared about my house. I needed to have curtains removed so that the patio door could be replaced easily. He figured out that removing the track from the braces on the wall was easier than removing the curtain itself. His work was clean. He did a fantastic job.
