While they were under the trailer they noticed one of my heating vents had a huge crack in it. They took pictures and a video to show me. It was the weekend with very low temperatures. They came the next day, which was a Saturday, freezing and windy, they did the job for me because they didn’t want me being cold. I had a critter underneath and they checked around my house and found two holes that went underneath the crawl space. Covered the holes and no more critter.
