"I hired this company to level my sunroom for laminate flooring install. I expected a professional job using proper leveling methods across the entire floor. Unfortunately, that wasn?t the case. While a level appeared to be used in certain spots, it seems it was only checked across small sections. As a result, there was still a noticeable pitch to the back of the room, & the edges remained significantly lower than the rest. I reached out, & Chris returned promptly to address it, which I appreciated. However, after the additional work dried, the issue remained. I confirmed this using a laser level & tape measurer which showed inconsistent heights throughout. Communication & punctuality were great & Chris was professional/friendly. I have since completed the job myself, which I was trying to avoid. In the end, I paid for the work & still had to do it myself. While I appreciate the professionalism & responsiveness, I ultimately wasn?t satisfied with the final result given the cost."

"Rick from Branik Construction contacted me within 10 minutes of posting on Angi that I was looking for someone to paint my popcorn ceiling in my condo. He called about 8 p.m. on a Thursday night and asked about the project and stated that he would send an estimate when he arrived home as he was driving while speaking with me. Within 2 hours an estimate arrived via email. The estimate was thorough and explanatory. I had a few contractors coming out on Friday to give me estimates. I called him Saturday mid morning and spoke with him about the job. I accepted the bid via the Saturday call. Rick told me they had a delay with another job as their cabinets that were to be installed had not yet arrived and they could start the project on Monday. (3Days from the initial quote). Branik Construction did in fact start the project on Monday. Keith and his son arrived on time and finished the job by Wednesday afternoon. The whole crew is extremely professional and paid attention to detail. 10 plus"
