"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"We recently had our front walkway and stairs upgraded. The old stair railings needed to be replaced. Based upon a recommendation from our landscape designer we hired Amaral Industries to do the job. Eduardo Amaral discussed the project with me before fabrication took place. Eduardo and his extremely talented assistant Jayden did an amazing job fabricating and installing the railings. I highly recommend Amaral Industries for your decorative ironwork desires!"

He’s done multiple jobs for me over time, and I’ve never had an issue. His team is fast, efficient, and trustworthy, and Benny is always responsive and easy to deal with. "Joe redid the porch with brick and granite, redid the walkway with pavers and removed a couple of bushes that were blocking the porch. He responded promptly to calls and texts and showed up exactly when he said he would. The work went smoothly and was completed within a week. It looks fantastic! We are thrilled with the results. On top of that, Joe is one of the nicest and most honest guys we've dealt with. I highly recommend Joe and his work."

"We received an initial quote from Harris & Co. based on a recommendation from a coworker to replace a backyard deck with a stone patio. I received three quotes from various contractors. Harris's quote was the most expensive but I went with Joshua Harris's company anyway for the following reasons: * Joshua had a complete treatment that included landscaping (which ultimately I did not do), pavers, lowering of the ground, demolition, fire pit, and seating wall. * They were responsive, using text and email and replying promptly. * Joshua Harris had a better vision for the project than I did! He envisioned a wall, lighting, making the patio extremely large (due to the limited space in the backyard, he thought that leaving a bit of grass would be pretty pointless). Ultimately, it was the completeness of the vision that drew me to use his service. Since he does landscaping, lighting, and tons of stuff, Joshua will give you a pretty complete treatment. This costs you. I think that you get what you pay for, but it's something to keep in mind. If you have a budget, keep your discipline and see what aspects that you can go without! That all said, we went all out for this project and added a long wall, accent pavers, a large fire pit, and lighting. This was an extremely expensive project for us, but it's been worth it as the end result is rather beautiful and makes the space much more usable. Before, we wouldn't even leave out the back door because the deck was so small and the yard was so dreary, but the large 28' stone patio makes the space inviting and easy to walk across, even when we're not entertaining. As for the work, I was impressed by the amount of communication that was provided. They contacted me almost every day to let me know if they were going to arrive to work and informed me if circumstances (usually rain, sometimes illness) affected the schedule. Joshua was overall very professional. There were occasionally circumstances though that affected what could be done at any point - for example a certain model of lamp I requested wasn't available, so I had to get a different one; in another case one of the bulbs burned out and I had to reach out to get it replaced. The final thing is that Joshua follows through. The mulch for the back was delayed due to an inventory issue and I hadn't heard from him after the work for a number of weeks, but then he called me when the items came back in and scheduled the follow-up. The point is: if you need something from him, don't be afraid to reach out. The work was quite costly but I think that you get what you pay for and when you go with Harris & Co., you get a lot."

"Durable fencing is the way to go. I hired them to install vinyl fencing around the perimeter of my home. They were professional, dependable and financially affordable. I had 6 estimates done and durable fencing was most affordable of them all. Felipe came and gave a estimate and set a date. Arrived on the date planned as promised.After reading all the reviews everyone was talking about Felipe so, I requested he do the job himself. He did better, He offered up his Father..lol. I am completely satisfied, not only satisfied. Astonished because after the job was done. About 2 month later I realized I wanted a part of the fencing removed. I called, told him and that I am willing to pay for the removal. They did it for Free. Now with that said. They are worth every penny. I wish other companies were like them. Thank you Felipe and family. Wish you did other work, like laying hard wood flooring…..Do you?… lol Thank you once again. P.s. My neighbor was also impressed with the job. She hired them to do her home as well."

"We had a terrible experience with Auburndale Builders. They sell themselves as a high quality builder of high efficiency homes but clearly we were their guinea pig. When it was apparent they were going to run significantly over their estimate, they walked away leaving us a mess to sort out and clean up. They could not even deliver us a certificate of occupancy. I would not recommend them for any job no matter how small."

"I paid close to $6,000 4 years ago and 2 years ago 1 of the posts was wobbling. A very grumpy Dan said it was because I had a plant hanging from it!! BTW...I see that they give a 5% discount for seniors. I was 70 then and never got THAT! About 2 months ago, I noticed that 4 posts were like loose teeth and I was having trouble closing the 2 gates. 5 PHONE CALLS AND SEVERAL VOICE MAILS WERE NEVER RETURNED!!! I have since had someone else come and replace...all were rotted! The contractor said it was pretty shabby work as none of the posts were put in properly! I guess I will be replacing the rest down the road. Never expected this on a 4 year old fence! I'd avoid this company at all costs!"
