"Mr. David Novak and his crew were the best roofers I have ever used. I was impressed with him from the start because he used framing and roofing terminology to describe the work that I was familiar with from having worked in the lumber business. He walked every foot of the roof taking notes during his inspection and found structural defects in the rafters that had to be repaired before roofing could start. He also had to replace over half of the plywood sheets that had rotted over the years. The rafters, which had become a major framing problem, were expertly repaired with brand new lumber. My old roof was replaced with high definition architectural shingles, and is absolutely beautiful. I now have a superior roof on top of sound structural framing that Mr. Novak replaced. This house had major structural problems, and he and his crew were able to fix and correct all of them. All of the men had a high level of expertise. You can depend on the advice Mr. Novak gives because his is the voice of experience and is a real roofer, not a salesman. Best of all his price was more than fair considering all the problems he had to solve with my 60yr old house. His initial estimates included what the price would be if all of the plywood had to be replaced, which I found to be very professional. I would highly recommend Mr, David Novak to anyone looking for an honest intelligent experienced roofing professional."

"We had wind damage on our roof and contacted ACA Construction for an estimate to fix it. My sister had used them before to replace a roof and was very satisfied with their work. John Johnson set up an appointment to survey the damage and give an estimate. Mr. Johnson arrived promptly and after looking at the damage, he explained the repairs to me. I received an email that night with an estimate to do the repairs and information on contracting them to do the work. I was notified by email when the work would be done and the crew showed up at the time I was given. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I was contacted by email the next day to see if I was satisfied and with an invoice for the balance owed. We paid the balance and were contacted a few days later by Mr. Johnson to make sure everything was satisfactory. Very good communication and very easy and pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"Unfortunately, we had a question as to whether the wiring had been done correctly.  The wires connecting the fan to the house were  hanging outside a junction box and several professionals said that they probably should have been put inside a junction box and covered. My husband spoke to Mr. Henderson five times over the course of a month about coming out and checking the problem.  Mr. Henderson also agreed that he didn't think that the wires were correctly placed. Unfortunately, he never came by as promised.  We finally had a electrician check it when he came to do other electrical work around the house.  Its most unfortunate that once the check is cashed the customer service is over:(  Learned our lesson, check EVERYTHING  before they leave or you won't see them again. <br />"
