"Dennis was great to work with. He was quick with setting up a roof inspection, quick and clear with his estimate. The estimate was clear and simple, no hidden costs and the charges were reasonable. We knew we would need some plywood replaced, and he included extra sheets in the bid with anymore needed at a reasonable price. The work was scheduled quickly and completed in the time he said, the roof looks great and the yard was cleaned up very well. We received estimates from 5 different companies, and we chose Dennis because his bid was reasonable but mostly because we felt his honesty and integrity. A good person doing quality work. That meant the most to us. We recommend him completely."

"With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. Patriot Roofing met and exceeded all of our expectations."

"The crew at Final Touch did far more than I could have hoped for, with the entire job, from tearing out the old siding, installing new siding, painting, and cleanup everything was done to perfection. The best review was from my neighbor - 'You seem to have found a good contractor— what’s your secret?'"

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Milton, WA

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
