"Jake Krygier, Scott Nettesheim and their roofing and gutter crews completed a professional job on our home. Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We could not be more pleased with our investment in a new roof, as a result of the excellent work of Infinity Exteriors."

"Work was performed over two visits, as I was flexible to fit into small openings in their schedule. On both visits, Nick Wegner, owner, was present to tell his crew what was required and have them start on the project. Nick initially went into our attic and installed 8 lag type bolts into the perpendicular ceiling joists. The drywall replacement was excellent. My wife and I could not tell where the new drywall started, matching perfectly to the existing drywall. The bathroom fan hood onto the roof and subsequent replacement and hook-up of the fan insulated pipe went well per Nick, but I did not climb on the roof to inspect. Nick did point out that I have some nails popping up out of the shingles and suggested they be pounded back in and then caulked over. I did not rate price as I had no other comparison, but $1,165 seems reasonable and fair."

"We hired this company for roof shingle replacements after a wind storm. He responded quickly, got the shingles replaced for us and continued to work in the dark until the job was done. However, I only give 3 stars because we spoke to them about obtaining a W-9 from the company for tax purposes being that the property that was repaired is a rental property. They agreed to provide the form but never did. This was the first time we have dealt with a company that didn't want to provide a W-9. Disappointed and I do not recommend."

"After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been better."

"It has been almost six months since Elite Exteriors replaced my cedar shake roof with longer-lasting asphalt shingles. Elite was just excellent. I started out by getting several quotes from different roofers in the area. Do you know some companies didn't even call me back? WTH? Anyway Elite was the best quote experience and a good price for what I needed so I went with them. The quote process was fast, informative and no one tried to talk me into something else. Respectful! They helped me choose a shingle that would mimic the general look of cedar without the problems of a shake roof. I even let Elite pick the color. (They were absolutely correct and it looks great!) There was a little bit of a rain delay on the start date (to be expected) but Elite came within a week of when they said they were coming. The materials were dropped off in my driveway (with my input on location). Same for the dumpster. Nice and respectful. The Elite roofing crew came the next morning. You have never seen a crew so efficient and cohesive. Ever. Watching those roofers was like watching a ballet. They all knew what to do. They used a lot of hand signals to communicate and everyone was moving all the time. I have never seen a crew as in-tune with each other as these roofers. We actually setup chairs outside in the yard so we could watch them. It was beautiful to behold. Worth the price of admission. You will want to know that the roofers from Elite picked up after themselves. I found very few staples/nails/etc. after they left - true for both the driveway and the lawn. This is important to me since I love to walk around barefoot in summer. Of course, the roof looks great -- straight, no bulging, etc. My house looks like new! Randy, my office contact, was lovely. There was a slight billing issue (these things happen). I talked to Randy and he corrected the error within 10-seconds. It was a breath of fresh air not to have to have some long argument over it. Randy knows his business and was upstanding. I so appreciate the respect he gave me. The price of my roof was really good. The service was excellent. My roof looks great. And I was treated with respect during the whole process. Please give Elite Exteriors a call if you are looking for a new roof. You won't be disappointed."
