While replacing our soffits and fascia (different project), the contractors discovered that there was a significant amount of deterioration in some of the roof frame, which would have to be replaced before they could complete the job. He was able to schedule the start date within two weeks of contract signing. Work began right on time and was done quickly and professionally in about three days. There was a fair amount of wear and tear to a lot of the underlying plywood, which requited replacing, but this did not slow down the installation crew at all. Daily clean up was meticulous. The bottom line is that Wiedmann stepped up to help us out of a jam, came through with a superlatively-engineered solution and gave us a remarkably fair price (significantly less than all of the estimates that we had received from some other roofers). During the entire process, communication was effortless. I ask a lot of annoying questions and they answered all of them patiently and clearly. "I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. "I contacted Sunrise Roofing Services for a roof replacement. Karel gave me an estimate was thorough, timely, and to the penny accurate. He explained the entire process including providing insurance and license information. He installed a tarp to prevent any further leaks into my house (no additional cost). The project was delayed because I was out of town so we agreed to a no earlier than start date. When I returned they started the project within one day of that date. They showed up on time (exactly) and I ask to see the permit. They pointed to my front door where they had posted it prior to ringing the bell. I was impressed. The old roof was removed and Florida required nailing patterns completed (including the nailing affidavit). The decking was repaired. Installing a roof in the summertime in Florida is brutal. They probably deserve a raise. 6. Her company is a certified installer of the CertainTeed roofing line of products.
