"I really had a wonderful experience working with Fayton's floor and Greg. He contacted me right away to arrange a time for an estimate, I received the estimate within hours and he was able to start work immediately. He was timely every day and kept me informed during the process. He took 6 days to complete the work and it was done in 6 consecutive days, so he got in and did the work and got out, no drawn out process. I had special requirements to for him to work with, keeping all my pets locked in a room which was near the area where the floors were being refinished. He was very respectful of my animal situation and no animals or people ( I have one cat that hates strangers) were harmed in the finishing of this job :) - I was so appreciative of his care with regards to my pets. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Great job! Installed a dishwasher where there had not been one before. Removed the cabinets, etc. Once everything was hooked up, he ran a short cycle to ensure no leaks. While that was happening, he completed a few extra jobs that I had pointed out when Josh came over to give me a very reasonable estimate. This included securing a hand rail that another contractor just secured into the drywall not into the studs like Josh did, etc. Josh truly is a handyman who knows about many things. Getting that list ready again!"
