"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. "Mike and his team did an amazing job repairing the roof on my parents' brownstone in Brooklyn. The roof hadn't been replaced in many years, and we were experiencing leaks. They were able to strip the roof down to the beams, repair the foundation (including replacing a few rotted beams), and install a new roof in just three days! They were true professionals throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from the start, so we knew exactly what to expect—materials for the roof, arrival times, and the estimated completion timeline. They also provided regular updates as the repairs were underway, ensuring we always felt informed. We would absolutely work with them again in a heartbeat!"

"Kadre came on time to provide me with an estimate for replacing a skylight. The estimate was very thorough. He showed me pictures and videos of what he saw while on my roof and took the time to explain everything from why the skylight was leaking, the steps he would take to complete the job as well as the materials he would be using. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. Also while he was on the roof he recommended fixing two gutters ( which I already new I had to get fixed) and was able to give me an honest price on those as well. When it came time to do the repair, he came four days after the estimate (on a Sunday because it worked best for me) and again was right on time. The whole job of replacing the skylight and fixing the gutters only took a few hours. They cleaned up any debris and again reviewed the job he did with pictures and video from the roof ( which is a big help since I don’t like going on the roof). Before leaving I was made aware that he also does siding. He gave me an on the spot estimate to do that job as well and I am already sure that I will be using him for that in the spring. I only write reviews when I have an absolutely terrible experience to warn others or in this case when the company is extraordinary and goes above and beyond. I can without hesitation recommend this company"

"I was very impressed with their professionalism. They came quickly and on time. They were very professional. They did an excellent job for a very fair price They are easy to get along with and very responsive to customer requests. They replaced the roof of my sunroom which had been chewed by a raccoon. They placed a metal striping on the edge as well as replacing the wood and replacing the roofing. They even replaced the gutter for free. It was a real pleasure working with them. They are as excellent and professional as anyone could ever want. Afterward, they cleaned up completely and hauled all the garbage away. I would recommend them completely. I called them and they gave me a very fair estimate and did the work the same day. While they were on the roof, they noticed that my chimney was damaged and leaking.
