They cleared the foundation, compacted it with a 9,000-pound Bobcat, then compacted a layer of crushed stone, laid down wire-mesh rebar, then poured a 4-inch layer of concrete. They worked steadily and efficiently. They also tapered a layer of soil around the edge of the patio to plant shrubs and ground cover. A job well-done by seasoned professionals. Jose comes from 3 generations of contractors. His prices are very competitive. We highly recommend him and his team!"

They removed some small trees, installed drainage, and used the excess dirt to re-landscape part of the back yard which they seeded. They also replaced a wooden deck with a concrete patio.
