"Clayton was very prompt in getting us a bid for the work. He came out the same day (within hours) that I requested a bid on Angie's List and he provided a written bid the next day. While I didn't have an expectation about what the cost would be, I was surprised when I got the bid. It was more than I had anticipated (sounds weird because I didn't know what to expect). So I got 3 more quotes and Excalibur had the lowest bid by more than 10%. Once I told Clayton that I wanted his company to complete the project, he was there the next day to remove the fence. The day after that the new fence was installed. I asked him to take care of a couple of more items to complete the contract which he did."
