"Very pleased with the work Nate and Tom did. They arrived early each day, were very professional and friendly, knew what they were doing, and did it well. They looked out for my interests by pointing out that the mailbox post, which was originally just going to be fixed, needed to be replaced due to wood rot. They then offered to paint the new post. After replacing rotten wood above and below the front door, they also painted the whole area instead of just the repaired area since it would look better. The owner, Vince, explained that he unfortunately had to cancel doing two items on my repair list because the height of my roof combined with the steepness of my yard made using their 40-ft ladder unsafe. I admire that Vince placed the safety of his workers above doing those repairs. This was my second time hiring The Bizzzy Bee, and I plan to use them again."

"Fantastic experience. Tony and his crew exceeded my expectations in the quality of their work and professionalism. He was able to repair a large rip in my living room carpet by stretching the carpet, cutting off the excess, and using it to make the repair. You'd never even know it had been damaged. Then he and his crew made a few other minor repairs and cleaned the carpet in my living room, stairs, and four bedrooms so that it looks good as new again. "BTR went to great pains to confirm the leak was with the roof, not the window.  Upon completion of the repair, the BTR rep was confident he had solved the problem -- and he was right!  (I discovered the leak a year before, which my initial roofer was not able to discern.)  Had I replaced the window (which would have meant replacing all three windows due to a manufacurer's design change), I might have paid $2500, which would have still left me with a leak.  Fixing the roof saved me both financial and mental anguish.  BTR is now my roofer of record.  Professional, courteous, pleasant to work with, and got the job done!"
