However, Haven Hub essentially bailed on us after the plans were approved with NO COMMUNICATION to us, despite us having a contract with them. "Called Leon and told him the problem. The last wind storm had blow down a tree and it fell on my roof. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I accepted and he came back the next day and cut the tree off the roof and the tree stump down level with the deck. Looked great. He had to be careful not to have the tree fall against the house or deck while removing it from the roof. He also cut up the trunk into logs and wood chipped the limbs. I also had him wood chip two piles of other limbs. His people always do a good job and do it quickly."
