"James did excellent work in repairing and strengthening the brick course our new gate had caused to crack and pull away. He kept us informed at every stage of the work, showed us what he was doing and told us why. He and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently. Their work was outstanding and he assured me if any problem occurred later to contact him for he stood by his work. The clean up of the site was very thorough. While I thought his quote was a little high nonetheless I would contact him without hesitation for any brick or stone repair work and recommend him highly to anyone. We have found our brick guy!"

"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

"I sell real estate and having reliable, honest companies you can trust to give straight up honest answers is crucial I have zero tolerance for my clients being mislead. I always refer several companies so my client can investigate and be informed before making a decision on who to choose for any work that needs to be done. I have had clients choose Integrity and have gotten only positive feedback . Recently I had a client who had a pretty major repair, it was complicated and there were many issues . Integrity stood behind the repair price even after realizing there were additional issues that would normally cause a pretty major increase in price. Bottom line they stand behind their word even if it means they take a hit. In this day and time that is the kind of company you want on your side. Yes, bids with low prices are great, but only if the job is done right, on time and for the price you agreed on. Integrity lives up to its chosen name. They still do business the only way it should be done " my word is my bond" . Special thanks to Nick who worked on this particular job I am speaking of in this review. It was just time for me to spread the word about Integrity's great service."

"Monty was great. Came out within a day or two to give me a surprising low estimate, and returned a couple of days later to do the work. It was a complicated job because it involved structural elements. Monty clearly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. He ended up doing more than I'd asked for on his own initiative at no extra charge. My house is close to a hundred years old, so I am experienced in getting work done. I can't imagine that this work could have been done better, or cheaper by anyone else. Plus he seems like a nice guy. Hire him, you won't be sorry."

"We met at the site and hit off our conversation with confidence and thorough info.  He did exactly what we agreed upon, especially with care consideration of this 100+ year old brick building.  On same building but on another project we had him involved with other contractors to discussed plan of action with genuine cooperation."

FAQs for brick or stone siding: repair or partially replace projects in Mineral Wells, TX

Stone veneer isn’t a weekend DIY. Even lightweight faux panels are heavy and must be anchored, flashed, and sealed to keep water out. Missteps can lead to cracked stone, leaks, or injuries. A licensed siding contractor arrives with scaffolding, masonry tools, and the know-how to set each piece safely and neatly, giving you a long-lasting, professional finish.

Stone veneer durability is robust when expert installation and proper maintenance are employed. When installed with precision, regularly cleaned, and sealed as required, stone veneer maintains its integrity for 25 to 75 years. Inadequate installation, however, leads to water intrusion and structural issues that compromise its longevity. Consistent upkeep and adherence to quality installation standards ensure decades of reliable performance.

Covering the entire exterior of a home with stone veneer is feasible but comes with a significant cost increase. Full coverage escalates both material and labor expenses due to the additional square footage required. Many homeowners reduce costs by applying stone veneer selectively—such as around entries, foundations, or architectural accents—while still achieving an upscale appearance and enhancing overall curb appeal.

Installing stone veneer over brick or stucco is entirely possible when the underlying surface is stable and properly prepared. The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of any loose material to support a secure application. Additionally, any areas of flaking stucco or deteriorated mortar must be patched and allowed to cure fully before a professional applies the new veneer, ensuring lasting durability.

Stone veneer siding offers a substantial cost advantage compared to full-thickness natural stone. It costs 25% of the price of natural stone because it is manufactured from concrete and lightweight aggregates. This method delivers the genuine appearance of stone while featuring a thinner profile that simplifies shipping, accelerates installation, and consistently reduces material expenses.

For a 250 square foot exterior area, stone siding installation costs range from $9,800 to $18,000, while installing stone veneer costs between $5,000 and $6,000. This clear cost breakdown demonstrates the significant savings achieved with stone veneer, which uses a lighter construction method that minimizes both material and labor expenses. Homeowners benefit from these lower costs while still attaining the attractive look of natural stone.
