A company's actions when a customer is disatisified is the best measure of their quality of service. I hired a granite company to fabricate and install a custom linen cabinet, vanity, and granite. Douglas Cabinetry was that company's subcontractor for the cabinets. I had a few issues with the cabinets and discussed them with Justin. He was professional, reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with.
