"I was very pleased with my experience with TLC.  I was frantic to find someone to come out same day to clean up carpet stains left by our dog and to remove the odor.  Our dog had gotten into something that did not agree with her tummy and left us quite a mess on our carpet.  TLC was extremely responsive and said they could send someone out same day between 12-2pm.  The technician arrived shortly after noon and immediately got to work.  I also liked the fact that when I called and when the technician came they both informed me that there is no guarantee of pet stains coming out 100% and that they could reappear.  They wanted to be honest with me of this fact since many companies will not tell you this.  After about 20-30 minutes I was asked to check the location and whether I was satisfied.  The stains were gone and the smell was gone!  I was very pleased with the service, the professionalism of the technician, and the price.  I would definitely use them again! <br />"

"On the day of the scheduled installation, Omar and his crew came. They did a very fine job. They are efficient and apparently know what they are doing. It took them several hours to put them in. Then, they cleaned after themselves, vacuumed not only the floors where there was insulation stuff, but the vents! David was in and out the house through out the whole day, making sure that the work was done right every step of the way. They run both cold and heat after the new systems were in. We always had the problem of two of the bedrooms (out of 5) always had problem cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. Omar's guys adjusted the ducts making sure each room would get sufficient air coverage. David also promised that they would be back to do more adjusting if we encounter the same issue again with the new systems. When all the work was done and they cleaned up, David stayed behind to explain about the warranty. He gave us the two-year warranty on the labor, which was the only one among the quotes we had got. "I called the company in the morning and they sent out a technician that same afternoon, calling me in advance when he was on the way. He was professionally dressed with mask and gloves. The issue with my unit has persisted for some time. Without knowing the complete past history, the technician examined the unit and the drain line, and discovered that my previous service company (which had re-built the PVC drain line in an attempt to fix the problem) failed to put a vent in the line. In a short time he installed a T-joint which immediately solved the problem. My A/C system is now running like a champ. I am completely satisfied with the service from Air Clinic. "When they were good, they were great. And when they weren't... <br /> The first two times Absolute Cleaning cleaned our house we got the A-team cleaners, and that team did a fantastic job. After that we apparently moved down from the A-team cleaners to the barely capable team(s). Quality varied greatly from visit to visit. I came home early one day to find one of their cleaners cleaning our self-cleaning oven (which obviously did not need to be cleaned, plus this task was not on their list to clean). Dusting properly seemed to be an ongoing problem, which I brought to the owner's attention multiple times. The last time I used Absolute Cleaning was the day I came home unexpectedly and found a man on his knees in my den, scraping at something on the floor with his fingernails. When I asked him who he was, he told me that he was not part of the cleaning team but he and quot;showed up to help his wife sometimes.and quot; This was such an appalling breach of security that I called to cancel the service immediately. No one at the business ever called me to ask why we cancelled. <br />"

"GREAT SUPPORT AFTER THE INSTALLATION: We had a new AC installed but there was a problem because of the air flow with the existing venting. Total Air sent out their service manager Nick to review the situation and rectify it. They modified the ducts and the AC is working great now. Always good to know that someone will stand behind their work after the job is done and paid for. We also got a rebate from the electric company, but needed some of the paperwork from Total Air. Carol was very helpful getting a copy of the paperwork required from the city and actually needed to head down to city hall since their website was down for an extended period. I have used Total Air for several years to maintain and repair my system and have always been satisfied."
